- Sourced, not skipped
- Verification
- Checked on the ramp
Catering is the part of the trip a passenger remembers in detail, and the part most likely to go wrong at a station without a dedicated kitchen. We work with vetted caterers where they exist and build a solution where they do not, checking the order against allergies, religious requirements and cabin equipment before it ever leaves the kitchen.
What is included
- VIP and executive menus built around the passenger, not a fixed card
- Vetted caterers at major stations, sourced solutions at remote ones
- Halal, kosher, vegan, allergen-free and medical diets handled properly
- Crew meals ordered separately and correctly
- Presentation matched to the cabin's china, glassware and galley equipment
- Cold-chain and timing managed so food arrives at temperature
- Bar, wine and specialist beverage sourcing
- Order verified against the passenger brief before delivery
