We appoint and brief the handling agent, agree the turnaround plan in advance, and put a supervisor on the ramp where it matters — so the crew meets a plan, not a negotiation.

Ramp, passenger and cargo handling are coordinated under one point of contact, with load control, GPU, GSE and marshalling confirmed before arrival.
