Flight Riding & Ramp Supervision

For complex movements — a head-of-state visit, a first trip to a difficult station, a high-value or sensitive payload — a phone call is not enough. A flight rider travels with the operation or meets it at the station, holds the ramp, resolves problems on the spot and reports back in real time.

How it runs

1. 01

   Movement assessed

   We look at the station, the passengers and the risk, and tell you honestly whether a rider is warranted.

2. 02

   Rider assigned

   A named individual with the right language and local knowledge is allocated and briefed.

3. 03

   On station

   The rider is in place before the aircraft, has walked the route and confirmed every service.

4. 04

   Reported

   Live updates during the movement and a written debrief afterwards, including what to do differently next time.
