Every uplift is now tendered across multiple suppliers rather than defaulting to the into-plane agent, with the comparison shown before you commit.
We have extended competitive fuel tendering to every airport in our network. Where more than one supplier can serve a station, we price the uplift across all of them and send you the comparison — including the into-plane fee, taxes and any differential that applies to your operation.
The default in this industry is to take the handler's fuel because it is simplest. On a long sector out of a well-supplied station, that default is frequently the most expensive line on the trip sheet.
We would rather show you the number and let you choose than quietly book the convenient one.
