Central Asia coverage reaches 55 airports

Balkan Flight Support now covers 55 airports across West and Central Asia, closing the last gaps in a region that has become the fastest-growing part of our network. The addition brings our total station count to 147 airports in 26 countries.

The expansion is driven by demand rather than ambition. Operators routing between Europe and the Far East increasingly stop in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and the regional fields — Aktobe, Kostanay, Navoi, Termez — are where support is hardest to find and matters most.

What changed

• All 18 Kazakh airports on our list, including Zhezkazgan and Petropavl
• Eleven Uzbek stations, from Tashkent to Fergana and Qarshi
• Complete Turkmen coverage, including Kerki and Daşoguz
• The full Caucasus: Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia

Permit lead times in the region remain the binding constraint on short-notice charter. Our permits desk now holds direct working contacts at each civil aviation authority in the region, which is the difference between a filing and a conversation when a schedule moves.
